On 15 March 2012, the Minister of the Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development signed a note appointing a coordinator of the Project on the Development of National Legislation for Access and Sharing of Benefits Related to Genetic Resources.

Mr. PALOUMA, Head of the Terrestrial Environment Inspection Unit at the Ministry of the Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development, is appointed Coordinator of the abovementioned Project.

The interested party will be entitled to benefits of any kind provided for by the regulations in force.
