The CHM partnership for the period 2008-2012 is currently being evaluated by the Belgian Development Cooperation. This assessment will make it possible to take decisions on the future strategic axes to be followed for a future framework agreement over the period 2013-2019. This evaluation is carried out in two stages: an online questionnaire and a brainstorming workshop with partner countries.

The online questionnaire, posted on the Belgian CHM website in February 2012, was sent to all partners. It had 2 main objectives:

• obtain an assessment of the implementation of the cooperation program between the CHMs for the last 4 years (2008-2012)
• provide opinions and suggestions on the future of the partnership in relation to the CHM (2013-2019).

The analysis of this report will follow the same plan as the questionnaire: a first part on the balance sheet and a second part on the future.

The results of the survey will be presented during the reflection workshop, organized in Benin from 23 to 25 April 2012.

The questionnaire was open from 1 to 15 February 2012. A total of 10 participants answered the questionnaire. These are the CHM national focal points or managers of the CHM websites indicated in table 1.
