This manual was produced in support of the following FdF program: Introduction to the integrated management of biological invasions through the principles of the ecosystem approach. In general, the presentation aims to instruct actors on biological invasions: definition, impacts, causes and management approaches for Cameroon. It provides learners with strategic insight into biological invasions and an ability to ask real questions when planning biological invasion management efforts. However, it is not designed to develop “practical” skills such as how to conduct a risk assessment, how to fight against a plant invasion, or how to inspect and treat products.
