The National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (SPANB) Version 2 is the result of the invaluable contributions of the main actors involved in the protection of national biodiversity and of national and international experts working to protect biodiversity. These are individuals and representatives of the Focal Institution for Biodiversity, competent sectoral ministries, local community groups, the private sector and National and International Organizations and NGOs whose contributions are welcomed here.

The review process was carried out under the careful supervision of the Minister of the Environment, Nature Protection and Sustainable Development, H.E. HELE Pierre, assisted by the Minister Delegate to the said Ministry, H.E. NANA ABOUBAKAR DJALLOH.
